All those staff we met were FRIENDLY. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Weinhaus Schuster that was only 15 minutes' walk away. It is next to the airport.

Nice settings, comfortable rooms. There is a railwayline not far away and you hear the cargo trains at night.
Meals and drinks are pricy.

Spacious, great food and service, not crowded, beautiful setting and location, convenient to multiple sites/attractions
Rooms were a little too warm through the day and high heat. Fan helped.

Location is excellent. Rooms are well equiped and very comfortable.
Prices for dinner and breakfast are too high. There are no convenient "off site" eating places in the adjacent village. There is no exercise room.

No INTERNET access despite publicity suggesting there is.

Very nice, elegant furnishings
We had a room to the side and found the noise from the railway quite unbearable when trying to sleep with the window open. A train runs past every 5 minutes. We stayed before in a room facing the Rhein and that was wonderful,

Good location in the heart of world-famous wine region. Spacious room with a nice view from the window/French balcony. Well-equipped bathroom with a bath and bidet. Free sauna with a pool. Nice breakfast.
Very expensive (eur 25 per day or eur 6 per hour) Internet with very low speed (monday morning Speedtest showed just 0.2 MBit/s in and 0.03 MBit/s out). No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Water used for making tea for the breakfast is not tasty (has a hard, tap-water taste). Difficult to get a massage (always overbooked).
